Very good service. We purchased a couch and a part was damaged in transit. They quickly replaced the part the next day so we could enjoy the couch.

I purchased my second mattress at BoxDrop and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Josiah for all your help.

I recently visited BocDrop North in search of a sofa and recliner. The store has a warehouse feel instead of displays of room ensembles complete with accessories. Don't let yourself think it is sub-par however, because the selection was good quality and less than I had budgeted. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly without being pushy and went beyond my expectations. I didn't see exactly what I was looking for but did see a large sectional that I liked parts of but disliked other parts. Jon, the owner, explained I could get just pieces I wanted and rearrange them. He offered to do that since I couldn't visualize how it would look or the size it would be. He immediately separated them and used about half the pieces to make what I wanted. I only had to pay for the pieces I would use. Great service! I used a FB code and even got more $$ off!
